Are we in a strong property market in 2024? I believe yes. Regardless of all the media jargon that goes on that the interest rates are too high or the cost of living is too high,
we have a massive housing shortage and that is what keeps this market still strong. There is an undersupply of houses regardless of which location be it Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, or Adelaide. There is still a strong demand for property. We have a rental crisis going on. The housing market continues to grow regardless of interest rates. The most important bit that you want to be looking at knowing that the market is strong is to find areas where everyone else is buying and look for areas that you believe based on fundamentals or research or even using DDP where the next property boom is going to happen. The fundamentals I look at are where can I buy a property with the largest land size, the highest rental return you can get, and the highest rental return you can get. capital growth for the cheapest price
