Do you recommend buying properties in high-end areas? 

If it fits your profile, if you've got the money behind it, why not? I think the challenge one has is that they don't have the money, they don't have the capacity and then they're buying property and they're getting burnt right now with the high-interest rate rises.

I could have stretched. But instead, I ended up buying a two hundred thousand dollar house with six hundred fifty. square meters of land in Mount Druid. That's why because it was a house with a piece of land very cheap with a lot of rent coming in.

Balmain could not have given me that. Yes of course the Balmain property has grown but I face myself and say hey Zaki I'm not gonna be one of those people that say oh look at me I've got property in Balmain because I chose to rent and I rented most of my life and I'm okay with that because I'm investing.
