The property market is always changing and a good property consultant advisory buys agent has to keep up with market trends. So if I were to summarize in 2024 our product line has shifted and changed to suit the market which is cashed-out buys that are looking for high rental yields that can be nearly you know 10 to 15 percent first-time buyers looking for properties when they have only about $30,000 or buyers looking for brand new properties be it house and land be properties that are under construction or off-bland properties that are not yet built. And most importantly, these properties are Australia-wide. On any given day, we see properties exchanging clothes from, say, Perth to regional WA on the coastline, to regional Queensland, to Brisbane, to Melbourne, and even in Adelaide. And so that's the type of transactions we oversee daily, and that makes us available in terms of clientele on their requirements to service based on what they needs are.
