Having a fancy car having a fancy suit does that make you a successful real estate agent or bias agent? Maybe but probably maybe not in my view. What's more important is are you real?
Are you honest? Are you direct? Are you empathetic? Are you understanding to your clients? Or are you just a pushy salesperson or a biased agent? That might push a client into certain areas or certain sales They actually may not be comfortable doing or buying but what that won't give you is what's more important The great relationship between your buyers and sellers repeat sales, repeat referrals, repeat business, and that's where you build real relationships, real money on leverage, than just a fancy car and fancy suit. So my advice for anybody who might feel disempowered in becoming a selling agent or buys agent is because I've got to have a fancy car and a fancy suit and I've got to appear a certain way and talk a certain way.
My advice to you is that in 13 years of running DDP, doing over two and a half thousand. property deals and I still meet my clients and hang out most of my days in my gym clothes is for you to be you and whatever that you might be I just want you to dig in to realize who am I and what makes me comfortable and then be that person and you'll win your client for the long term.
