The qualities I look for in recruiting into DDP, especially as a biased agent, is having some sort of real estate experience, whether that's personal property investment experience, being a selling agent or a biased agent, and whether they've done any formal training in terms of real estate. And then the other important part are their sales skills, their relationship skills, how they interact with people, how they are with taking feedback from clients, how they find solutions, think on their feed, negotiate, dealing with objections. All of this is important, but the most fundamental factor out of all of that is whether you are going to be ethical or unethical to my clients, to DDP clients, and to DDP as a company. And that usually overrides everything else no matter how successful someone may be or may become.
