Are there enough female buyers' agents at the moment? Well, at DDP, 80 % of our buyers' agents are women. I'm glad for that because they're very successful. When I look at that in contrast, my take on it, and this is just a personal take, is that women understand the emotions that come with buying a property. Someone buying a property, that's going to be the biggest financial decision they're ever going to make.

I see that women understand the emotion that comes with it, and empathize with the buyer, in taking them through that journey and the challenges that come with it.

So I encourage more women to get out there and become buyers agents because I believe it's actually a very rewarding and a well -paid career.
