Doing a bias agency course is a step in the right direction in becoming a successful bias agent. But the missing ingredient in becoming a successful bias agent is your relationship skills and your sales skills.
So if you look at an accountant and an engineer in any of those roles, they'll do tertiary education, but that doesn't make them successful. My take on running a business for over 13 years is that to become successful in any type of role, you'll have your "formal education" but you'll have your "formal education" but you'll have your "formal education" but your relationship skills, your sales skills are far more important. You want to find courses or people and network amongst others who have the sales relationship skills to complete the package in becoming a successful buyer agent.
